COLORTEC can coat one part or thousands of components with quick turn around times in our 10,000 SQF dedicated facility. Part sizes from the smallest up to twenty feet long. Our batch system can handle large oversized architectural and industrial parts. All process phases are manually intensive to ensure high quality.
Conveyor Line
We can accommodate railings, stampings, castings, extrusions, tubing and numerous other products on our overhead track that ensures secure material handling for high-volume production.
Pretreatment Process
All parts undergo a thorough cleaning and preparation process our wash bay. This process ensures a long lasting finish that will retain its color and texture. We utilize high temperature steam cleaning and nano technology-based sealers to ensure a quality coating surface. Phosphatizing is also available.
Custom Masking
COLORTEC provides custom masking to protect fittings and contact surfaces on our customer’s manufactured components where critical tolerances must be maintained.

COLORTEC applies a range of powder coatings and specialty finishes in standard, low bake and fast cure systems.

Our booth provides superior lighting and filtration to ensure proper coating of individual parts by our painters. Our finishes are oven baked at over 400F. Our facility is kept clean and tidy to minimize contamination.
Quality Control & Packing
COLORTEC maintains a full quality assurance program. COLORTEC has the capabilities to test for paint thickness, gloss, adhesion and cure. Our chemical and powder suppliers have extensive testing facilities. We hand-pack all products to ensure the finish is protected for delivery to your job-site or distribution center.
Pick-Up & Delivery
COLORTEC offers a wide array of pick-up and delivery services. We have several company trucks, flatbeds and trailers to handle any transportation needs. Our facility has two large entrances to facilitate simultaneous loading and unloading of semi trailers for transportation nation-wide.
