Neil Hattingh - President and Owner
Neil is an energetic entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in metal fabrication and finishing. He specializes in architectural steel and aluminum products. He is also a keen automotive and marine enthusiast. If it’s fast and beautiful Neil is in to it!
Mark Stanley - General Manager
Mark is COLORTEC’s technical and process guru and leads the production team in the day-to-day operation. Mark’s background is in technology and business. He has worked in various industries worldwide including South Africa where both he and Neil were born. His interests include restoring classic tractors and clay pigeon shooting. Whether it’s old-‘n-slow or fast-n-powerful, Mark will get it coated and shiny (or take it out back for target practice)!
Cindy Hattingh - Business Development Manager
Cindy is focused on anticipating our customer’s needs and making sure they are met. She is also responsible for several other aspects of the business including administration, planning and logistics. Cindy embodies our Tennessean values including the pride we have in our workmanship and the warm relationships we enjoy with our customers.
